Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote and provide a quality learning environment and experiences thorough collaboration and research.

Scope of Collection

  • We provide CNU students, faculty and staff with access to our digital and physical library collections.
  • Our digital collection consists of 13 database subscriptions: Ovid Linksolver, Ovid, Clinical Pharmacology, R2 Library, Access Medicine, Access Pharmacy, APhA Library, Micromedex, EBSCO, EBSCO CNU OneSearch, UpToDate, ScienceDirect, Bates Visual Guide. These general and specialized bibliographic databases provide full-text access to over 11,500 journals (including over 10,000 peer reviewed journals), and 150,000 electronic books, on a variety of subjects. Many but not all of the databases include multimedia resources and interactive tools to supplement learning and instruction.
  • Our physical collection includes over 1,300 books. These books contain relevant health science content with an emphasis on teaching materials. Designated textbooks for courses are available on reserve. Key features of our catalog include up-to-date NAPLEX and MCAT preparation series. CNU students, faculty and staff can check what is available in our physical collection on our catalog online.
