STEP 1: Complete the Financial Options Statement and choose TuitionEase as a prefer payment plan and submit the completed form to Financial Aid.

STEP 2: Once form is received from step 1, the Student Financial Aid Office will complete your payment plan online and the application materials will be emailed to you by National Education Sources.

STEP 3: Complete your payment plan per the instructions emailed from step 2, and ensure payments are made per the payment plan contract.

• Read all sections of the payment plan agreement.
• Make payments on time to avoid additional fees and/or late charges.
